Bill McKnight, President, joined the C.B. Ragland Company full time in 2016, having previously served as a Director of the Board since 2011.  He is in involved in all aspects of the Company’s portfolio management with a focus on development and financing activities.  Prior to joining the Company, he was Vice President in CBRE’s (NYSE: CBRE) Debt & Structured Finance group, where he was involved in the closing of approximately 175 transactions representing over $3.0BB in capital volume.  Prior to CBRE, he served as Assistant Project Manager/Leasing Manager in the development division of CBL & Associates Properties Inc. (NYSE: CBL), where he was involved in the development management and leasing of various shopping center development projects.  Mr. McKnight holds a B.A. in history from the University of the South and a Masters of Science in Real Estate and Construction Management from the University of Denver.
