Brandon Sprouse, joined CB Ragland in 2025 as Lead Engineer, where he is responsible for overseeing the maintenance and upkeep of the Company’s managed commercial real estate portfolio as well as managing the facilities management team at CB Ragland. Brandon has extensive experience in facility management and engineering, having worked as an Operating Engineer at JLL and a Building Engineer at CBRE.

Brandon is a certified Facility Management Professional (FMP).
