Located in the Sobro submarket of Downtown Nashville and adjacent to the Ragland Building, 101 Molloy Street has been owned by CBR since 1928 and previously operated as warehouse space for the company’s wholesale grocery business. From 1995-1997, CBR renovated the building into office and network switch space for XO Communications, now owned by Verizon, who continues to occupy the full building.
