The Ragland Building is a revitalized historic property located in Nashville’s dynamic Sobro district, adjacent to the CBR-owned 101 Molloy Street property. Originally constructed in 1928, the building has undergone multiple transformations—from its early days as warehouse space, to one of the Southeast’s largest mixed-use entertainment venues, to its redevelopment into creative offices. Recent renovations, completed in 2024, include a core and shell upgrade to 105 Molloy and the conversion of the ground floor into modern restaurant space.
