1101 McGavock is a four-story office building that was acquired in 2016 by a CBR-led joint venture. At the time of acquisition, the building was 15% occupied. CBR performed a full core renovation while leasing the vacant space. In 2018, CBR completed a 7,000 square foot vertical expansion of the historic building and oversaw the core/shell and tenant build-out construction on behalf of its partnership.

In addition to the two office tenants, the ground floor restaurant space is leased to a renowned Nashville steakhouse. The property offers parking both on-site and in the adjacent McGavock Garage, the structured parking deck beneath the recently completed Hyatt Caption hotel.
