Description

The Ragland Garage is located in Nashville’s Sobro neighborhood and is the 357-stall structured parking garage connected to the CBR-owned Hyatt Centric Downtown Nashville hotel. The property was constructed as part of the overall Hyatt Centric hotel development, which was completed and opened in July 2021. Shortly after completion, the hotel and parking garage were condominiumized into separate ownership entities.

The Garage, which utilizes license plate reader technology, services the hotel employees and hotel valet operations, office tenants of the Ragland Building, as well as transient parkers.
