312 12th Avenue South is home to the W Hotel Nashville, a 350-key luxury hotel and mixed-use development in the Gulch. Completed in 2021, the project features three signature restaurants and delivers a high-end hospitality experience in one of Nashville’s most vibrant urban neighborhoods. The site was envisioned, entitled, and prepared for vertical development by CBR, setting a new standard for luxury in the area.
