In January 2016, officers of CBR acquired a 14,000 square foot historic building in the heart of the entertainment district with two local partners. The building, which is in the National Historic Register District, underwent a full core and shell renovation for a conversion into Dierks Bentley’s Whiskey Row. The property was sold in May 2022 for $30.5mm, a per-foot record for Nashville at the time.
