The Hyatt Centric Downtown Nashville is a 20 story full-service lifestyle hotel housing 252 guest rooms, two +/- ground floor restaurant suites, a rooftop pool, and meeting rooms with outdoor terraces. The hotel’s F&B operation, Ella’s on 2nd, is managed by local management company Red Pebbles Hospitality, and the second ground floor restaurant space is leased to Pancake Pantry, a renowned local Nashville breakfast establishment.

Located on land owned by the Company since 1949, the hotel is in Nashville’s SoBro neighborhood just two blocks south of Lower Broadway and at the epicenter of Downtown Nashville’s leisure and corporate demand generators and major sports and entertainment venues. The hotel, which delivered in 2021, was developed in a joint venture between Hyatt Hotels and CBR.
