Description

The Caption by Hyatt is a limited service, lifestyle hotel development located in the heart of Nashville’s Gulch neighborhood. The overall development is a 12-story building consisting of a 210-room hotel with hotel-managed three-meal F&B operation.

CBR opportunistically acquired the site in April of 2021, and CBR served as landlord to the restaurant Whiskey Kitchen prior to assembling the Caption development deal and demolishing the existing building. The Company broke ground in March of 2023 on the project, and CBR served as co-developer on the project in the joint venture with HRI Hospitality. The project was completed in October 2024, with the hotel opening in December 2024.
