CBR developed the property, which delivered in 2017, in a joint venture partnership with JP Morgan Asset Management, CALSTRS and Hines, serving as co-developer with Hines. CBR continues to own and manage the retail condo and has leased the premises to a diversified mix of high-quality tenants.
